Manage appointments

View guest metrics for the day

  1. Open the MyZen app.

  2. On the home page, the provider can see the following metrics for the day:

    • Total number of guests providers with whom have appointments

    • Number of guests who specifically requested for a logged in provider

    • New guests visiting the salon

View appointments for the day

  1. On the MyZen app, tap Appointments.

  2. You can switch between the My Day, My Calendar, and Staff Calendar views.

    My Day shows a list view of the logged-in provider's appointments for the selected day. 

    The  My Calendar  view enables you to view appointments over a span of either an entire week or a three-day period. It supports a broad timeline—allowing you to navigate up to three years in the past and three years into the future. 

    Staff Calendar enables viewing appointments for other staff members, limited to a 1-day view. Week and 3-day views are not available for this mode. Use the date selector to quickly jump to a specific day. Here, the logged-in provider is always pinned to the top of the calendar view. This view is read-only; no edits or actions can be performed directly from the calendar.

    Note

    To access the Staff Calendar view, ensure the Allow access to Appointment Book on is enabled for Zenoti Mobile. For more information, refer to the General settings for security roles article.

    In some cases, providers may accommodate important clients even on their non-working days. To help avoid scheduling conflicts, the Calendar view displays appointments scheduled on these days too. This visibility ensures that such bookings are not overlooked and helps prevent accidental double bookings.

  3. To filter the appointments by appointment status, tap the filter icon, select your filters and tap Apply.

    To clear filters, tap Clear Filters.

Add an appointment

  1. On MyZen, tap Appointments.

  2. Tap the plus icon and select Appointment.

  3. Search for and select the guest for whom you are booking the appointment. 

    If it is a first-time guest, click Add to add their details before you make the appointment.

  4. Search and add services.

    You can also edit selected services.

  5. Tap Next.

  6. Select date and start time for the service and tap Next.

  7. Tap Book Appointment.

Edit an appointment

  1. On MyZen, tap Appointments.

  2. Go to the appointment you want to edit.

  3. You can change the selected services, add or remove services, and further edit the selected services by tapping Edit and then tapping Next.

  4. If needed, update the day and time slot. You can also update the Provider field to select any available provider (not limited to the logged-in user). If the guest has a provider preference, record it. The appointment price will update automatically based on the selected provider’s rate.

  5. Tap Next and tap Update Appointments.

  6. If you want to continue editing the appointment, tap Keep Editing.

Upsell products, services and add-ons

  1. On MyZen, tap Appointment and go to the appointment.

  2. To upsell products, select from Hand Picked Recommendations, or tap Service Add Ons or tap Add to Invoice.

  3. Add single or multiple services or products to the invoice. You can edit both the service and product:

    • For service, select the service provider, room, equipment, start time and duration and tap Update.

      To remove the service, tap Remove Service.

    • For product, select the seller, edit the price and quantity and tap Next.

      If the the product has low or no stock, an alert will appear.

  4. Tap Add.

View upcoming and past appointments

  1. On MyZen, tap Appointments and go to the guest's appointment.

  2. Scroll down and locate Upcoming & Past Appointments. '

    Here you can view the immediate upcoming and past appointment.

  3. Tap the arrow to view the full list of future and past appointments.
