View your dashboard

Zenoti's My dashboard menu gives you a personalized view of your monthly tasks, schedules, appointments, and payroll details.

Note

If your organization has disabled the dashboard, you cannot see these details.

You can access your dashboard from Appointment View, Queue View, and through the menu that you can access through your initials shown in the top right-hand corner of the Admin page.

Access from Admin page
  1. On the top right corner, click on your name.

  2. To view the information, click the required option.

Access from Queue view and Appointment view
  1. On the bottom panel, click your login account name.

  2. Select My Dashboard.

  3. View the profile details and make changes as required.

  4. Click Save.

Edit Profile

Update profile details

You can modify the details of your Zenoti profile such as name, email address, contact number, and preferences in this section.

  1. On the Zenoti platform, locate your profile icon situated in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Edit Profile.

  3. In the Profile Details section, you can update your profile details and preferences.

    • Update your email, name, and contact details.

    • To set your preferred center, from the Center preferences drop-down list, select the required center. Every time you log in, the app opens the selected center for this setting.

    • To override the default language for your profile, from the Language drop-down list, choose your preferred language.

  4. Click Save.

Update employee password

  1. On the Zenoti platform, locate your profile icon situated in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Edit Profile.

  3. To modify your login password, click the Update Password option.

  4. Enter your current password and provide a new password that meets the password requirements.

  5. Click Save.

  6. To update the changes, on the Profile details page, click Save.

Add employee signature

  1. On the Zenoti platform, locate your profile icon situated in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click Edit Profile.

  3. To add your signature to the profile, click the Add Signature option.

  4. Click on the text area and enter your signature with your pointer or mouse.

    Modify existing signature

    • If there is an existing signature that you wish to modify, the option displays as Edit Signature instead of Add Signature.

    • To clear any existing text or signature, click Clear and enter your new signature.

  5. Click Save.

  6. To update the changes, on the Profile details page, click Save.

Generate or set PIN

Generate your PIN conveniently – with or without an email address. You can even create a new PIN anytime, no email is required.

Locate your profile icon situated in the top right corner of the screen and click Edit Profile to access these options:

  • Generate your PIN using your email address: Click Generate and email PIN to receive an email with the new PIN.

  • Generate your PIN without an email address: Click Set PIN. Enter your password and select the Generate PIN automatically checkbox. Click Generate PIN to see the new PIN on your page. Note down the PIN as it will not be displayed again.

  • Create a new PIN without using your email address: Click Set PIN. Enter your password and click Set PIN. Enter a 6-digit PIN of your choice and click Save.

Impacts and considerations

  • Modifications to employee name, email and contact information may have an impact on employee metrics and reports. Notify or consult your center manager before modifying these details.

  • If you work at a salon where the primary language differs from your preferred language, Zenoti offers a profile setting that lets you customize your language preferences. This ensures you can access ZMA and other relevant areas within Zenoti's platform in a language that suits you best.

  • You can enter a signature for your profile with your mouse, signature pad, or any other peripherals or hardware used by your business.

  • You can select the default center that appears every time you log in to Zenoti. Changes to the preferred center settings will be applied the next time you log in.

Create a new task

  1. While accessing through the menu, at step 2, click Tasks.

  2. Click Create New Task.

  3. Enter the required details.

  4. Click Finish.

  1. While accessing through the menu, at step 2, click Tasks.

  2. Next to the task, click View Details.

Edit a task

  1. While accessing through the menu, at step 2, click Tasks.

  2. Next to the task, click Edit.

  3. Make the required changes and click Save.

Delete a task

  1. While accessing through the menu, at step 2, click Tasks.

  2. Next to the task, click the Delete icon.

  3. Click OK.

Points to consider

  • You can see the Tasks option only if your organization has enabled employee work tasks for you.

  • Tasks that are overdue (past their due date) appear in red. Other tasks in your list that are pending, but whose due date is in the future appear in black.

  • For auto-assigned tasks, you cannot edit the name of the tasks and the corresponding guest name (even if you have the Edit permission and you see the Edit option for a task). However, for such tasks, you can edit other details, such as its priority, status, or due date.

  • You can use the filters to sort through your tasks and locate tasks easily.

    For example, you can locate tasks owned by other providers using the Owner filter, filter by Open status using the status filter, or choose to see only tasks that are overdue. Similarly, you can use the options in the Advance Filter such as Due Date, Search by Guest Details, and Search by Task Details to see a list of tasks based on the filters.

  1. While accessing through the menu, at step 2, click Schedule.

  2. To access schedules for other months, navigate back and forth.

Print your schedule

  1. While accessing your dashboard through the menu, at step 2, click Schedule.

  2. Click the Print icon.

Appointments

View the list of your appointments for the selected period

  1. While accessing your dashboard through the menu, at step 2, click Appointments.

  2. Select the time period.

  3. Click Refresh.

Note

  • By default, the page displays your current day’s appointments.

  • If a service has multiple segments, the dashboard displays only those segments that are assigned to you.

Payroll

View your payroll details for the required pay period

  1. While accessing your dashboard through the menu, at step 2, click Payroll.

  2. Select the pay period.

  3. Click Refresh.

Note

The columns of a payroll report change based on:

  • Invoice wise details: If you select this check box, you can view a break-up of commission details  – there is one row for each invoice in the dashboard. The commission you earn on each item of the same invoice appears in the same row.

  • The center-level setting Employee pay using hourly pay and service commission comparison.

Print payroll details

  1. While accessing your dashboard through the menu, at step 2, click Payroll.

  2. Select the pay period.

  3. Click Refresh.

  4. Click the Print icon.

Zenoti University

Zenoti University is an online learning platform to get started with and maximize value from Zenoti. You can see this option only when your organization sets up integration with Zenoti University.
