Employee Sales-Cash report

Self-employed stylists would need to know their share of transactions at an item level. The Employee Sales-Cash report consists of item-level and payment type-level data.

  • At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  • Search and select the required report by entering the report name.

  • If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  • To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  • Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

  • Note

    In case of any edits made on invoices with payment through any payment method, the business will have to reconcile manually.

    Description

    Item Subcategory

    Subcategory to which the item belongs

    This column is applicable to only services and products.

    Redeemed

    Amount redeemed by the guest using liability --sames as sales accrual

    Collected

    Amount paid by the guest by using cash, card, check, or custom (financial or non-financial) payment types. --same as sales accrual

    Processing Fee

    The card processing fees for a card payment

    Receivable Account

    The receivable account is the center name for all item types except when the sale type is Sales, item type is Service, and therapist in Serviced By is a self-employed therapist. In such cases, the therapist's name is the Receivable account.

    Invoice Adjusted after closure.

    • Yes: After the payout is initiated on an invoice, if any of the following actions are performed on an invoice, then the value is Yes.

      • Edit Invoice

      • Reopen Invoice

      • Edit Tips

      • Void Invoice

    • No: No change after the payout.

    • Blank: Payout has not happened
