Require guest address and PAN card if invoice exceeds a specified amount

Zenoti allows you to enforce regulatory compliance by making it mandatory to collect a guest’s address and PAN card number when the invoice amount crosses a specified threshold.

This setting is especially useful for centers in countries like India where tax regulations mandate capturing PAN card details for invoices exceeding ₹2,00,000 (or equivalent in USD).

  1. At the organization level, click Configuration.

  2. Navigate to POS > Financials > Payments and Invoices.

  3. Switch on the Make it mandatory to enter guest address and PAN card number when invoice amount exceeds a certain amount toggle.

  4. Specify the invoice amount. This is the threshold above which guest address and PAN details become mandatory.

  5. Click Save.
