Marketing settings
Select the referral source for Referral marketing
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and click the Select the Referral source for Referral marketing setting from the Marketing settings section.
Select the source from the Select Source drop-down list.
Click Save.
Now, search for and click the Referral Categories setting from the Guests section.
Select the source that you specified during the above configuration.
Switch on the Enable referral promotions toggle.
Navigate to the Promotions tab.
Select the referrer and referee awards and discounts.
Set the reward limit and click Save.
Send promotional message to one unique email/mobile
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Send promotional message to one unique email/mobile in the Marketing settings section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Double discounts on products and services from memberships and campaigns
To allow application of multiple discounts, the following feature must be enabled:
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and click the Double discounts on products and services from memberships and campaigns setting from the Marketing settings section.
Select either Allow or Warn.
Click Save.
Enable auto-application of discounts on POS
At the organization level
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Enable auto-application of discounts on POS setting from the Marketing settings section.
Enable this setting to set it as the default for all centers. If you clear the setting, centers will need to individually enable it.
Click Save.
At the center level
At the center level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Enable auto-application of discounts on POS setting from the Marketing settings section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Restricted keywords in marketing setting from the Marketing settings section.
Enter the keywords and click Add.
To view the keywords blocked by default click View blocked keywords.
Click Save.
