Set up loyalty points

Enable loyalty points

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Online booking settings option from the Online booking section.

  3. Select the Webstore V2 option.

  4. Expand the Guest Profile setting and enable the Enable Loyalty Points option.

    You also have the option to deactivate loyalty points for your online store with the same setting. When disabled, loyalty points are completely hidden from customers. To conceal the financial worth of these points, refer to hide the monetary value of loyalty points.

  5. Click Publish.

Configure loyalty points

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Loyalty Points setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click Webstore V2 > Loyalty Points.

  4. Enter the name of the loyalty points program in the Loyalty Points Label field.

  5. Enter the name of the rewards in the Rewards Label field.

  6. Enter the text for the number of points the guest needs to earn for the next reward in the Text for points to next reward field.

  7. To activate the loyalty points overhead banner, turn on the Loyalty Points Overhead Banner setting.

  8. To add a color for the overhead banner, click in the Overhead Banner Color box and pick a color.

  9. Enter the text for the overhead banner in the Overhead Banner Text field.

  10. Click Publish.

Impacts and considerations

  • To completely hide loyalty points from guests on your online store, expand the Guest Profile option from the Online booking settings for Webstore and disable or turn off the Enable Loyalty Points option.

  • If you wish to display the loyalty points but hide the monetary value of the points, refer to hide the monetary value of loyalty points.
