Guest's name

Status

Status of the opportunity

  • Active: Guest enquired about an item and visited the center

  • Lead: Guest is active and wants to purchase an item at a later date

  • On Hold: Guest is not sure about purchasing the item

  • Lost: Guest is not happy with the visit and is not interested to purchase the item anymore

  • Won: Guest purchased the item

Follow-up Date

Date on which the sales owners must follow up with the guest
