Delete a product

It is recommended that you do not delete a product from Zenoti. Deleting a product not only impacts the commission settings defined for the product and the services associated with the product but also it cannot be tracked. Instead of deleting a product, you can deactivate a product.

Before deleting a product, ensure that it does not have any associated packages, discounts, open purchase orders, open audits (retail), or open invoices. In case of associations, deactivate or remove the associated links and retry.

  1. At the organization level, click the Master Data icon.

  2. Navigate to Products.

  3. Search for and select the product you wish to deactivate.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. Click Save.

Impacts and considerations

You cannot delete a product that is currently being audited.
