Allows you to configure the format to use when mailing prescriptions to guests and printing prescriptions. Use this to customize a prescription.
When is the standard prescription notification sent?
Printed each time a prescription is printed or sent via email to guests.

The table below describes the macros available in the standard prescription notification. Use these macros to customize or personalize the notification. For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.

[SignedBy] | Name of the authorized doctor who signed the prescription |
[SignedOn] | Date on which the authorized doctor signed the prescription |
[PrescriptionsList] | List of items prescribed to the guest, along with dosage and instructions |
[DOB] | Guest's date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format |
[GuestAddress] | The complete billing address of the guest registered in the guest profile |
[GuestPhone] | Phone number registered for the guest |
[GuestCity] | City of the guest registered on the guest profile |
[AddtnlField1] | Additional information captured in the AddtnlField1 field in the employee's profile such as the DEA registration number or state license number |
[AddtnlField2] | Additional information captured in the AddtnlField2 field in the employee's profile such as the DEA registration number or state license number |
[AccountName] | Account name set at the organization level |
[ShipTo] | Name of the person to whom the prescription and the prescription items need to be delivered |
[ShippingInstructions] | Shipping address - usually the same as the address in the guest's profile |
[AppDateInWords] | The prescription date ([AppDate]) in words |
[NextVisitDate] | The date on which the guest must next visit the center |
[GuestReferralCode] | First name of the existing guest and the first four characters of the user id |
[CustomMacro2] | Use this macro to define any optional fields (corresponds to the Optional Field2 defined at the organization level) |
