Add or edit no-show reasons

You can configure reasons to select when the guest doesn't show up for a booking.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select No-show reasons.

  3. You can add or edit an existing no-show reason:

    • To add a no-show reason, click Add and enter the name, code, and description.

      You can only add a no-show reason at the organization level.

    • To edit a no-show reason, select an existing reason and edit the information.

      You can do this at both the organization and center level.

  4. To make the reason for the no-show available for usage, select the Active checkbox.

    To make the reason for the no-show available on the Webstore, select the Use in online booking checkbox. Front desk staff can use this reason on the webstore only when this is enabled.

  5. Click Save.
