Manage loyalty points
Regular program
In the regular program, the guest earns points automatically on each invoice closure.
View rewards available
x Rewards available y
The guest has y number of x rewards.
Example: Your center awards $10 on every 50 points and the guest has 100 points, then you can see $10 Rewards available 2 in the guest profile.
Points until next reward - z points
The guest must earn z points to earn the next reward.
Example: If your center awards on every 10 points, and the guest has 8 points, then you can see Points until next reward 2 in the guest profile.
Tiered program
In a tiered program, the guest earns points only after enrollment into a program.
Enroll the guest
Important
Ensure that the Opt in to Loyalty program option is selected on the General tab.
Click Spent Amount.
Click Enroll.
On the Enroll Guest window, select the tier:
Highest tier: To award points to the highest tier without considering the spent amount.
Applicable tier: To award points based on the amount spent.
Enter your credentials. If you do not have permission to enroll a guest, reach out to your manager.
In the Comments box, enter any notes that you want to add.
Click Ok.
Add points
Click Add Points.
On the Add Loyalty Points window, enter the details.
Click Add Points.
Remove points
From the No. of points drop-down list, select Remove and enter the number of loyalty points to remove.
For points with an expiry date, select the Expiry Date.
Note
If the guest has a combination of points with and without expiry, you must first remove the points with expiry and then remove the points without expiry.
To manually remove loyalty points, the expiration date used for the removal must be the same as the original points accrual record.
Select Reason, add a comment and click OK. If you are unable to remove points, reach out to your manager.
View spent amount
Click Spent Amount to view the amount spent by the guest in the last 12 months.
Extend expiry date
In the Redemption End column, click the link.
Click the calendar icon and pick a date.
Click Save.
Cancel enrollment
Click Cancel.
On the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
Important
When the guest is removed from the program, the Opt in to Loyalty program option gets cleared on the General tab.
Other actions
Action | Steps |
Email terms and conditions | Before the guest can pay using points, the guest must sign the terms and conditions of the program.

View actions on which points were earned | You can view the list of actions for which the guest has earned points. Points in negative indicate that the points were reversed due to a refund. |
View balance or active points | You can view the total balance points and the equivalent amount that the guest has. Click the points link to view details. |
View invoice and take payment | Click the invoice number to view the invoice. |
