Split Service

Split Service enables you to divide the services into segments, assigning each segment to a different service provider. This results in efficient utilization of senior providers' time while offering valuable training opportunities for juniors. For example, in a hair coloring appointment, the senior provider can perform the color application, while the finishing touches such as washing and styling, can be executed by a junior provider under the supervision of the senior provider.

Example

A guest books an appointment for hair color, which is divided into four segments: color application, processing (color absorption), hair wash and rinse, and blow-dry.

Color Application: The senior provider, Kyle, expertly applies the hair color.

Processing: During color absorption, Kyle and Lily have open slots that they can use to optimize their schedule by attending to other appointments.
