Macros in the Payment Made notification

  • What is the notification type?

    Transactional

  • What does the payment made notification do?

    Informs guests that a partial payment was made.

  • When is the payment made notification sent?

    Sent 60 minutes after a payment is made and if the invoice is not closed. If the invoice is closed, the Thank You notification is triggered, if configured.

  • What communication methods can you configure for the payment made notification?

    You can configure an email and a text template.

The table below describes the macros available in the payment made notification. Use these macros to customize or personalize the notification. For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.

Link to unsubscribe from transactional emails. Once unsubscribed, no transaction-related email will be sent (including appointment-related emails).

[CenterPhone]

Primary phone number of the center from where the appointment was booked (corresponds to the Phone 1 field in the center settings).

[CenterCountry]

Country where the center is located.

[CenterZip]

Zipcode of the center where the appointment was booked.

[CenterAddlData1]

Additional center information provided in the Additional Text field in the center where the appointment was booked.

[CenterPhone2]

The secondary phone number of the center where the appointment was booked.

[CenterAddress]

Complete address of the center where the appointment was booked (corresponds to the Address 1 and Address 2 fields in the center’s settings).

[CenterState]

State in which the center is located.

[InvoiceNo]

Invoice number for the current purchase.

[PaymentType]

Mode of payment, such as card, cash, and gift card.

[PaymentNumber]

Gift card ID.

[PaymentName]

Payment identification.

[OfflineCCReceipt]

Receipt of offline credit card payment.

[InvoiceTotal]

Total amount on the invoice.

[InvoiceDue]

Balance amount to be paid on the invoice.

[GuestReferralCode]

Guest code of referrer.
