In the Booking Wizard, when assigning service providers to services for multiple services and day packages the first selected service provider will automatically become the default for other services and day packages. Subsequent changes only affect the specific service chosen, allowing for individual customization without further adjustments across other services. More information
The following enhancements have been made to petty cash:
Front desk employees can now initiate petty cash expenses directly through the Expenses workflow without first establishing a positive petty cash balance. They can use the Expenses workflow to add both receipts and expenses. More information
The context menu petty cash can be selectively disabled for specific roles, providing greater flexibility and control over access to this feature.
Enhancing scheduling flexibility by introducing 20-minute slot option for setting default appointment duration. More information
Users can now customize their packages during the booking process by selecting add-on options for services within a day package directly from the booking wizard. This is also available on ZMA. More information
Guests can now select providers directly from the week view of the web appointment book, eliminating the need to switch to the day view to do this.
Transfer Cash screen now displays register balance for easier end-of-day cash management. More information

Front desk staff can seamlessly add surprise guests to appointments hosted by another guest for special occasions.
Front-desk staff can view the hosting guest's details; name and phone number on the surprise appointment. More information
The new Kiosk enhances the user experience with a redesigned, user-friendly interface that's intuitive and visually appealing. It features customizable themes, simplified phone number input via a dial pad, easy add-on options for services, and much more. Currently, it exclusively supports check-in.
Now, businesses can allow employees with read-only permissions to access guest profiles directly from appointment blocks. More information
Businesses that have opted for faster tips payout have the option to charge guests or deduct from employees to cover up the card processing fees on Tips amount.
To account for this change, three new columns - Tips convenience fees, Deducted Fees & Total Zenoti fees have been added to the Digital Payments Report (V2) and the Bank Deposits Report.
Retain tips in Point of Sale even after you have made changes to the invoice, such as, changing the payment method, adding services or other items for sale. More information
To enhance your business' payment functionality, invoices with products, memberships and packages added will automatically close if the payment was collected using a payment link. More information
Gift card balance on Point of Sale will be updated in real-time at redemption; no screen refresh needed.
To offer guests more flexibility and convenience when it comes to refunds, front-desk staff can now refund a gift card which has been partially redeemed by the guest. More information
To avoid sending unwanted emails to guests, you can set the default option to email a gift card to No when selling it on Point of Sale. More information
The Online Gift Card Status report now displays personalized messages addressed to the recipient from guests who have purchased physical gift cards. These guest-written messages, visible in the Message to recipient column, are transcribed by the front desk staff and included with the gift cards during pick-up or shipping. More information
For bookings that involve more than one person, such as group, couple, or family booking, if the selected service includes finishing services, guests can now select these options individually for each member.
This feature was initially exclusive to individual bookings but has now been extended to others. More information
The password hints on the Webstore signup page have undergone improvements. Now, users will get visual cues such as a green tick mark when conditions are met, a red indicator when conditions are not met along with a clear error message to provide instant guidance for creating a secure password.
Guests can now choose a specific therapist for services included in a day package. If they change one service from Any therapist to a designated therapist, this selection applies automatically to all other services tagged to Any Therapist within the same day package. More information
In Webstore, users can now conveniently choose their birth date either by selecting it from a calendar or by manually entering it in the DD/MM/YYYY format. More information
Businesses can now promote inclusivity by enabling guests and providers to specify their preferred pronouns. This feature extends across various touchpoints, including booking panel, booking wizard, queue view, list view, calendar, appointment block, waitlist, ZMA, guest and employee profile, online bookings, appointment follow-ups, and POS. On the webstore, guests can easily access their profile and the guest form through separate tabs upon logging in. Any changes made to the Profile are automatically reflected in the Guest Form tab. More information
To encourage guests to purchase gift cards worth at least a certain amount, businesses can now set a minimum value for custom gift cards. More information
To ensure that no emails are triggered to the recipient, customers picking up or shipping physical gift cards will not be prompted to provide a recipient email address.
The Online Gift Card Status report now displays the sender's instructions enabling guests to communicate specific requests to the staff managing transactions. More information
To minimize the risk of system lockouts due to multiple failed login attempts, you can now display an alert message to guests showing the remaining number of password attempts.
Customers now have the added convenience of booking not just for themselves, but also for groups, couples, or families through CMA.
To reduce card delivery failures, employees now can receive their cards at their workplace, with businesses required to confirm their addresses during onboarding. This ensures efficient delivery while streamlining the process, making address validation mandatory for businesses and providing an additional choice for employees.
Businesses now can opt their employees out of tips payout without necessarily reaching out to Zenoti for manual intervention. Depending on the current status and accumulation settings and the status of Zenoti Wallet, different actions will be available while opting out. Additionally, an opt-in option is available for those who previously opted out. More information
To ensure enhanced transparency and security, cardholders will now receive text/SMS notifications for account activity including debits, credits, card purchases, internal bank transfers, and ACH transfers.
Customers from UAE (where Adyen is not supported) can now integrate and use the Adyen Direct payments processor.
Customers in the Netherlands and Denmark using the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) can set custom percentages for rates on the onboarding page. SEPA is only supported for the payment of recurring memberships.
Plutus devices now support UPI transactions, making it easy to process payments alongside existing terminal-based transactions.
These UPI transactions can be tracked using the Digital payments report.
Front-desk staff can now check in students faster. A new Signed In section on the roster lists all students who have already signed in and front-desk staff can quickly locate and select these students, saving time compared to browsing the entire registered student list.
Viewing EMR-migrated CCDA files is a more user-friendly and efficient experience with the new CCDA viewer. It enables users to view them directly within Zenoti Web and the Zenoti Mobile app.
This results in a smooth transition to Zenoti as you can now effortlessly access previous treatment information migrated from other EMR systems.
For always-on campaigns, you can now use the [OfferValidityDate] macro in the campaign body to inform your guests of the expiry date of the campaign. The expiry date is picked from the Offer is valid for X days option from the discount campaign flow. More information.
Ineligible guests are now filtered out upfront based on opt-in preferences, validity of email IDs, and phone number to deliver the campaigns quicker. You will see the Targeted count reduced in your Campaign Summary, however, this will not impact the number of eligible guests you reach.
Unlock higher package sales! Members can now buy prepaid cards using their membership credit amount which can then be used to buy packages. More information

Complying with the new bulk email sender requirements from Google and Yahoo, all marketing email notifications will include a one-click unsubscribe option in the header of the email.
Track the total amount collected and the last payment on each package using the Packages report. You can also filter data in this report based on the package expiry date. More information

For all centers where the Terms and Conditions for tips payout are accepted, new and existing employees, after they have been assigned the 'Therapist' role will be notified via email and text alerts instructing them to enroll for faster tips payout, create accounts on Zenoti Wallet and myZen.

Service providers can now access Zenoti wallet and card features from the Zenoti web app too(along with the previously available option, MyZen mobile app ). This is beneficial for employees who don’t have compatible smartphones or access to the MyZen app.
To protect user privacy there is a verification layer (password/OTP) before displaying sensitive data such as Zenoti wallet balance. This update ensures user data remains secure, even if the common desktop is left unattended or credentials are shared for short periods.
Service providers can manage their Zenoti card (Activate, Block, Cancel card, or reset PIN), view Zenoti wallet balance, bank account details, transaction history, and download statements from the web app.
When enabling Preferred pronouns, businesses can allow guests to enter custom pronouns in CMA and Webstore. Guests can do this on various screens such as guest profile, sign-up page, guest forms, group booking, couple booking, and family booking. More information

Improved the payment system to allow for automatic split payments on gift cards: when a guest wants to pay $115 but has only $100 on a gift card, the front-desk staff can use the gift card first and then the remaining $15 can be paid with another payment method. More information
Added a gift receipt option that omits price details from the receipt, enhancing the gifting experience by preserving the surprise and simplifying exchanges for recipients.
Streamlined the PIN login process for front desk staff with a quick search feature in the username dropdown, allowing for faster and easier navigation by filtering names as you type.
The Tips Adoption report now includes new filters such as Employment start date, and Bank account status and new columns to view the Employee code, last 4 digits of social security number, Account holder name, Bank account number, Routing number, Bank account type, Bank name, Employment start date, and Bank account status.

The service shop costs have been added to the Master Center Metrics and Sales Accrual reports, while both the service shop cost and shop costs by employee have been added to the Master Employee Metrics report. More information.

To avoid the hassle of employees forgetting to clock in using PIN mode, if your business center has PIN login enabled, then the browser will by default ask the user for a PIN when logging into Zenoti. More information
Avoid duplication of members codes by setting an initial seed value that will be automatically incremented with each membership sale. You can also define a standard prefix for membership codes at the organization level. More info
To help the users of myZen collaborate better with their colleagues, they can now send invites to their colleagues to download the app. Invitations can be sent via email and SMS. They can also share invites via any messaging app of their choice such as Slack, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp.
Users can now view day package categories alongside package names in the booking wizard while making a booking.
Front desk staff can now select multiple centers within the same location when posting resort spa charges to Opera.
The front-desk staff can now select finishing services (such as hair styling or nail polishing) for main services (such as haircuts or massages) from the booking wizard. Guests can add these finishing services to single services, multiple services, and day packages. More information

For reports that have the Run Across Organizations feature enabled, the Organizations/ Zones/ Location groups filter is now available in the Send Email Across Organizations pop-up when the Run Across Organizations option is selected. Zenoti now supports ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) e-invoicing, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia's latest regulatory requirements for phase 2 of ZATCA implementation. Front desk staff can now refund only the shipping fee from invoices for online purchases of physical gift cards or products even when no other items in the invoice are being refunded. The shipping fee will appear as a separate line item in the refund screen and can only be refunded in full. More information
To minimize unnecessary alerts for minor adjustments, front desk staff can now control reschedule notifications for appointment start times. Guests will only be notified when changes exceed a customizable threshold. More information
Businesses can now choose to alert the front desk staff if the gift card is redeemed either before a specified period (in days or hours) after purchase or if the gift card amount to be redeemed exceeds a predefined limit. More information
To ensure uninterrupted business operations, Zenoti restricts the deletion of employees who have future appointments scheduled.
Streamline your employee deletion process. Future schedules and blockouts are automatically deleted when removing employees, employee roles, or employee deputations.

To facilitate Indian customers to file their GST, the Sales cash report can be generated at the item level for each payment collected on the payment day, by using the Item for each payment option introduced under the Level of detail filter. More information.
In the Salon Summary report, you can now view the No-show and Cancellation Fees under the Service Revenue section that includes counts, gross values, and net values. You can also view the tips at both the employee and job levels from the Tips column that has been added in the Employee Performance section. More information.
