Rewards Members

Rewards Members in ezPulse shows the total number of guest profiles with an active membership as of the end of the selected date range. This includes all guests who have at least one enrolled membership plan. 

The metric is a key indicator of guest loyalty and recurring revenue potential. Tracking # Rewards Members helps assess membership adoption and retention trends across centers. 

Example: If your business database shows 500 total guest profiles, and 120 of those guests have active memberships as of the selected end date, then: 

Rewards Members = 120 

This means 120 guests are enrolled as active rewards members during the reporting period.
