Enable Control of Unfreeze Dates based on Freeze Reasons
This article explains how you can enable control of unfreeze dates based on freeze reasons. When this feature is enabled, front desk staff no longer need to manually calculate or enter unfreeze dates.
Prerequisites
Role: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Permissions: No special permissions required
To enable control of unfreeze dates based on freeze reasons, follow these instructions:
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for the Define unfreeze rules for memberships setting in the Memberships section.
Turn on the toggle.
Select the Control unfreeze dates based on freeze reason option.
Click Save.

When this setting is enabled, additional options are available while configuring freeze reasons.
