Enable guest pass

In the Fitness businesses, you can allow guests to share their membership class or visit benefits with other guests through guest passes. The recipient guests can redeem these passes to avail of benefits such as attending a class or visiting the gym.

After you enable these settings, your business can issue guest passes from Zenoti Web (Roster view) and CMA.

For example, if you enter 5 here and the membership has a monthly billing cycle, a member gets 5 passes every month that they can use to invite friends to classes.

  5. In the Maximum Passes Allowed Across section, configure the lifetime settings for the number of passes you want to allow Per User or All Users.

For example, if you enter 10 guest passes per user, it means the member can invite the same friend a maximum of 10 times across memberships during the lifetime. This condition holds good even when the member gets new passes every month for their recurring memberships.

If you enter 8 guest passes across all users, it means that a guest can receive a maximum of 8 passes from across all members of that business. Businesses may use this setting to limit the same guest from using guest passes all the time.
