Guest Feedback reports (v2)

Business owners and center managers can use this report to track the ratings given by guests during a date range. The Feedback v2 Details is a tabular report, whereas the Avg .Feedback v2 and Feedback v2 Summary are graphical reports.

Feedback v2 Details report

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Feedback V2 - Feedback Details report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Invoice on which the guest left feedback

Guest

Guest who left feedback

Service Date

Date on which the service was perofmed

Rating

Rating the guest gave based on the five-star rating system; 5 being the best and 1 being the lowest rating

Guest Comments

Comments left by the guest

Micro Feedback

Visits aspects on which the guest gave feedback

Therapists

Provider who attended on the guest

Services

Services that were booked by the guest

Category

Category to which the service belong

Sub Category

Subcategory to which the service belong

First Visit

Guest visited the center for the first time

Member

Guest has an active membership

Source

Channel from where the appointments were booked

Avg. Feedback v2 report

Business owners can use this report to view a graph of the average rating given by all guests during a date range. A continuous rating trend of 3 and above indicates that the business is doing well and can do better.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Feedback - Avg. Feedback by Day report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Feedback v2 Summary report

Business owners can use this report to view a graph of guest feedback during a date range. A continuous rating trend of 3 and above indicates that the business is doing well and can do better.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Feedback - Feedback Summary report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
