Package Benefits Detail report (v2)

Front-desk staff can use the Package Benefits Detail report to track payments and collections for various packages.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Package Benefits Detail report.

  3. To view complete data for a report with multiple columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to access all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Some of the common activities for the Package Benefits Detail report are listed below.

  • Gain insights into scheduled payments that are due.

  • Follow up with guests or members regarding failed payments.

  • Alert guests about upcoming payments.

  • Project collections in a given time range.

  • Understand the benefit types included in the package, such as services, products, classes, and their associated quantities and values.

  • Monitor the redemption status of benefits, including redeemed quantities, redeemed values, and remaining balance quantities.

  • View the current status of each package, whether it's active, inactive, refunded, in grace, expired, frozen, or refunded.

Invoice number of the transaction

Sale Center

Center where the package was sold

Package Code

Unique identifier of the package

Package Name

Name of the package

Package Category

Package category associated with the package sold

Guest Name

Guest who purchased the package

Sale Date

Date on which the package was sold

Start Date

Date on which the package is set to start the redemption

Package Expiry Date

Date on which the package is set to expire

Package Expiry Date (Grace Period)

Date on which the package is set to expire after the grace period (if defined)

Benefit Type

Benefit type of the package such as Service, Product, Class, Service Tag, Product Tag, Class Tag, Service Category, Product Category, or Class Category

Benefit Name

Benefits in the package purchased; it may include the name of the service, product, class, or the associated service tag, product tag, class tag, or the associated service category, product category, or class category

Accrued Quantity

Total quantity of the benefit that's accrued

Value

Total value of the benefit that's accrued

Redeemed Quantity

Quantity of the benefit that remains in the package that the guest can redeem

Redeemed Value

Value of benefits to be redeemed

Balance Quantity

Quantity of benefits that remain and can be redeemed

Package Status

Status of the package

  • Inactive - Package start date is in the future and cannot be redeemed

  • Active - Package is available for redemption

  • Active (Refunded) - Partial amount is refunded

    Note

    Ensure that the Allow to refund a package multiple times setting is enabled.

  • In Grace - Package has expired and is currently in grace period

  • Expired - Packages has expired and the grace period a has passed

  • Frozen - Package is frozen

  • Refunded - Package is refunded and can no longer be redeemed
