Configure labels and text for webstore
You can customize the text labels such as Center, Employee, and Booking Button labels that you will use in your Webstore. For example, you may refer to your center as a ‘Studio’ or you may refer to an employee or provider as a ‘Wellness Executive’ or your booking button as 'Reserve Now' instead of 'Book now'.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Online booking > Online booking settings > Webstore V2 > Labels & Text Configuration.
Customize the following label fields according to your branding requirements:
Basic labels:
Center - Define your location terminology. For example: Studio, Retreat, Store
Employee - Customize your staff terminology. For example: Stylist, Cerologist, Therapist
Booking Button Label - Set your primary call-to-action text. For example: Book now, Confirm Booking
Confirm Reschedule Button Label - Text for rescheduling confirmations. For example: Reschedule Booking, Reschedule
Book Again Label -Text for the hyperlink that redirects users from the confirmation page to rebook another appointment
Go Home Label - Text for the hyperlink that redirects users from the confirmation page back to your parent website
State Label - Label for state or province information. For example: State, Province
Room Label - Label for location or room information.
Note: You must ensure that the label is in singular form.
Statement Label - Category label for statements
Action and Service Labels:
Mobile phone sub-text - Explanatory text for mobile phone field
Cancel reservation button text - Text for cancellation button
Service icon text - Icon label for services
Service Label - Term for your service offerings; ensure the label is in singular form
Add-on display text - Label for additional services or products; ensure the label is in singular form
Password and Account Management:
Create Password Label - Prompt for password creation
Create Password Text - Instructions for password requirements
Marketing Opt-in Consent - Configure the TCPA-compliant consent language displayed to guests when they opt in to receive marketing communications. Zenoti provides a default template covering consent terms, opt-out options, and legal disclosures.
Note: Modifying the default TCPA-compliant language may result in non-compliance and legal liability. All changes are logged in the audit trail.
Cancel appointment text - Confirmation message for cancellations. For example: "Are you sure you want to cancel this appointment?"
Booking Restrictions:
Block guest from appointment booking pop-up text - Message displayed when guests are restricted from booking
Request Mode (for appointment request workflows):
Request Appointment Button Label - Call-to-action for requesting appointments. For example: Request Now, Request Booking, Request
Request Again Button Label - Text for follow-up appointment requests. For example: Request Again
Click Publish.
