Use this report to review transactional and non-transactional fees, verify monthly billing amounts, and reconcile payment processing costs across your centers.
Note
This report is available only for organizations that use the PayCom billing model. If your organization uses IC+ rates, refer to the IC+ Monthly Summary report article.
Overview
The PayCom billing model is one of the pricing structures available in Zenoti Payments for processing card transactions. Under this model, your business pays predefined rates for different transaction types, such as recurring payments, non-recurring payments, and failed transactions.
The Paycom Monthly Summary report consolidates all fee details for a selected month and year. On the first bank working day of the following month, Zenoti populates this report with the fees for the previous month. At the center level, the report displays the total fees per center with a detailed fee breakdown. At the organization level, the report displays the combined fees across all centers.
Business owners, center managers, and accountants can use this report to review monthly payment processing charges, reconcile fees against bank statements, and verify that the applied rates match the agreed PayCom rate configuration.
