Configure guest actions for new Kiosk

Allow guests to check in using phone number

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Allow check-ins using the following setting from the Appointments section.

  3. Select the Phone number option.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to allow guest check-ins using a phone number, do not select the Phone number option.

Impacts and considerations

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Allow guests to check in using email address

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Allow check-ins using the following setting from the Appointments section.

  3. Select the Email option.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to allow check-ins using email address, do not select the Email option.

Impacts and considerations

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Allow guests to check in using their phone number or email address

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Allow check-ins using the following, setting from the Appointments section.

  3. Select the Either option.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to allow check-ins using either phone number or email address, do not select the Either option.

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Remind guests to fill in mandatory fields

You can prompt guests to fill in any missing mandatory fields before they check in.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Prompt guest to collect their information and consent setting.

  3. Select the Missing mandatory information checkbox.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to prompt guests for missing mandatory fields, do not select the Missing mandatory information checkbox.

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Remind guest for missing phone or email

You can prompt guests to enter their phone number or email address when they check in for their appointment, if they have not already entered this information.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Prompt guest to collect their information and consent setting.

  3. Select the Missing phone number or email checkbox.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to prompt guests for their phone number or email, do not select the Missing phone number or email checkbox.

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Guest reminder to receive marketing emails

You can prompt your guests to choose their preference for receiving promotional information, if they have not already provided their email address or phone number.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Prompt guest to collect their information and consent section.

  3. Select the Receive marketing emails checkbox.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to remind guests of marketing email preferences, do not select the Receive marketing emails checkbox.

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable new kiosk for check-in only setting at the center level.

Enable guest and service forms

You can enable guest and service forms to be filled in at the center level. Guest forms are used for check-ins, feedback, or service requests, while service forms manage details related to the services being provided.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Enable guest and service forms section.

  3. Enable the setting.

  4. To exclude internal service and tag forms, enable the Hide internal service and tag forms setting.

  5. Click Save.

    To disable guest and service forms during check-in on the new Kiosk, turn off this setting.

Block check-ins if forms are not filled

You can restrict guests from checking in until all required forms have been submitted.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Block check-ins if forms are not filled setting.

  3. Enable the setting.

  4. Click Save.

    If you do not want to block check-ins using the new Kiosk, turn off Block check-ins if forms are not filled setting.

This setting is only available after you turn on the Enable guest and service forms setting at the center level.
