Show unscheduled therapists for the day in booking wizard
If you do not have all your providers or therapists coming in every day, based on their schedules, they may or may not appear on the booking wizard on a given day.
This may cause visibility issues when you are trying to find the best match for a service, provider, date, and booking slot.
To ensure provider visibility and to ease the booking process, it makes better sense to show all providers - both, those scheduled for the day and those not scheduled for the day, on the booking wizard. This ensures more accurate bookings when you are trying to look for the best match for services, providers, dates, and booking slots while switching the dates.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show therapists that are not scheduled for the day in setting.
Select the booking wizard checkbox.
Click Save.
If you do not want to show the unscheduled therapist for the day in the booking wizard, turn off the setting.
Impacts and considerations
If the Enable persistent calendar on the Booking Wizard is enabled, the calendar highlights the days a provider is available in green, so you can quickly identify when a therapist is free.
The Receptionist role's schedules are not displayed on the appointment book or booking wizard.
