Guest Specific Times

Guest Specific Times enables you to customize appointment durations for repeat guests according to the time needed for each guest's specific service. This means that you can tailor appointment durations to meet the unique needs of individual guests, ensuring a personalized experience. For instance, hair salons frequently encounter a variety of hair lengths and types, meaning that services such as coloring long hair takes more time than coloring short hair. With guest specific times, you can adapt to these nuances and ensure that each appointment is tailored to the specific needs of the guest.
Example
Dana is one of Ali's regular guests. She has very long, dense hair, which means Ali needs an extra thirty minutes for her full foil highlight. To accommodate this, Ali can now customize the booking time for Dana directly from the booking panel or booking wizard. Ali sets the new duration and clicks Update from the Duration Adjustment window. This adjustment not only updates the current appointment but also applies to all of Dana's future bookings with Ali. |   |
If Dana comes in for the same service when her hair is shorter, the duration can also be adjusted from the Adjustments tab in the guest profile to ensure it is sufficient for her current hair length. |  |

You can specify the service duration when booking the appointment or by editing it later.
