Configure referral program

Overview

With the referral marketing feature of Zenoti, you can allow your guests to refer friends or family to your services. This helps you acquire new customers faster while leveraging positive experiences from existing guests. This article also explains how to manage, replace, remove, and customize images used across the referral program and online booking experience.

Enable referral page for referral program

At the organization level, click Configuration.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings > Webstore > Referral Program > Referral Page.
In Menu Title, enter the title that appears as a section on the guest profile.
In the Promotion Header field, enter the text that will appear on the header of the referral program page of the guest profile.
In the Promotion Description field, enter a brief description of the referral program that will appear below the Promotion Header text.
Upload an image that will appear on the Referral Program page of the guest profile.
The recommended image resolution is 480 × 350 pixels, and the file size should be under 500 KB.
In the How it Works field, enter the steps explaining how guests share promo codes and earn credits.
Enter the title and description for the steps.
Optionally, if you have an existing Terms and Conditions URL, enter the URL in the Link to Terms and Conditions field.
Click Publish.

Enable and manage promotion banner for referral program

The promotion banner appears on the Webstore home page, Appointment Confirmation page, and Feedback Confirmation page.

Add or upload a new banner image

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings > Webstore > Referral Program > Promotion Banner.
Upload a banner image that will appear on the home page, the Appointment Confirmation page, and on the Feedback Confirmation page of the Webstore.
The recommended resolution of the image should be 480 x 300 pixels and should be less than 500 KB in size.
Click Publish.

Replace an existing banner image

If the new image already exists in the Image Gallery:

Navigate to Online Booking > Online Booking Settings > Webstore V2 > Referral Program > Promotion Banner.
Open the Image Gallery, select the required image, and use Copy Link.
Paste the copied link into the Side Banner / Image URL field (if applicable).
Click Publish.

Enable referee landing page for referral program

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Referral Program setting from the Online booking settings section.
Click Webstore V2 > Referral Program > Promotion Banner.
Upload an image for the background of the landing page. The resolution of the image should be 1440 X 480 pixels and should be less than 500 KB in size.
Enter a header title for the landing page.
Enter a brief description of what the guest needs to do on this page in the Promotion & Brief Business Description field.
Enter a label for the button present on this page in the Action Text field.
Enter the steps on how your new guests claim their rewards in the How it Works field.
Click Publish.
