Display sale information in redemption invoices

As an admin, you can now choose to display original package purchase details on redemption invoices. This includes the sale invoice number, items purchased, and related transactions.

Enabling this option helps front desk staff verify redemptions quickly. It also  gives guests clearer insight into how their packages are being used. This enhances both, operational efficiency and billing transparency.

The redemption invoice displays two sections:

  • Items from the sale invoice: Lists all the items that were included in the package’s original purchase such as services and products.

  • Associated transactions: Displays financial transactions such as payments, discounts, or taxes related to the sale invoice.

If the guest redeems multiple packages in one invoice, Zenoti will show separate sections for each parent invoice, with the relevant items and transactions grouped accordingly.

To display sale information in redemption invoices, follow these steps:

  1. At the organization level, click Configuration.

  2. Navigate to POS > Invoices > Other invoice actions.

  3. Switch on the Show sale invoice details in redemption invoices toggle.

  4. Click Save.
