Set up CMA v3 for Classes and Workshops

Enable Classes and Workshops

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the Classes settings.

  4. Expand the General dropdown.

  5. Enable the following settings based on your requirements.

    • Enable Workshops

    • Enable Classes

    • Enable Feedback for Workshops

    • Enable Feedback for Classes

    • Enable Pay Now for Workshops

    • Enable Pay Now for Classes

  6. Click Publish.

Show Classes and Workshops in the bottom navigation bar

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the Bottom Navigation Bar settings.

  4. From the Default Menu section (Menu 1, Menu 2, Menu 3, Menu 4), specify the order in which Classes and Workshops must appear.

  5. From Menu Label, enter the text for each of the bottom navigation bar icons.

  6. From Link to, link the icons to respective sections on the CMA v3 app.

  7. Click Publish.

    Other actions

    Perform these steps

    To specify the icon colors

    Choose the icon colors for active and inactive states in Light Mode and Dark Mode.

    To specify the background color for the navigation bar

    Choose from Default color or Custom color.

    To specify if you want to show labels for the icons

    Choose from the following options:

    • All Icons

    • Only Active Icon

    • No labels

Enable booking of Classes and Workshops

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the Homescreen settings.

  4. Expand the Quick Links section.

  5. From Add a Quick link drop-down list, choose from these options:

    • Quick Book _ Book a Class

    • Book a Workshop

    • Memberships

    • Guest Pass

    • My Sessions

    • Book Now

    • Appointments

    • Refer a Friend

    • Loyalty

  6. Click Upload for each image in both, Light Mode and Dark Mode.

  7. Click Publish.

Enable shopping for gift cards

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the Shop settings.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Select Gift card.

    You can add only one gift card in Shop and any number of Web page shops in CMA v3.

  6. Enter Title and Description.

  7. To upload an image, click Upload.

  8. Expand Gift Card Additional Settings and configure settings as required.

  9. Click Publish.

Enable guest pass and member pricing

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the General settings.

  4. Expand Membership.

  5. Switch on Enable Guest Pass.

  6. Switch on Enable Member Price.

  7. Click Publish.

Customize labels for CMA

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. From the Categories section, select the Labels settings.

  4. In the Center Label and Booking Button boxes, enter the desired labels.

    You can customize labels for other tabs and options.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable options on the user's profile

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon and select the Online Booking option.

  2. Click the Online booking setting and select the CX V3 option.

  3. settings.General section, select the CategoriesFrom the Click General.

  4. Expand User Profile.

  5. Switch on the desired options.

  6. Click Publish.
