Guest rating
This metric illustrates how guest ratings are distributed based on their appointment dates. Feedback is recorded at the invoice level, meaning only one rating is collected per invoice, regardless of the number of services or providers involved. Only invoices and appointments with statuses other than deleted or void are included. The average rating is computed by dividing the sum of all ratings by the number of ratings.
To reconcile and drill in further, follow these steps:
Click View reports.
The Feedback report appears.
Select Dates and Centers.
Click Refresh.
Review values in the Rating column. If needed, you can also download the report in Excel format.
Calculate the average rating by adding up all the Rating values and dividing by the total number of ratings received.

If you can't find the column you need, you can customize the report view to include it.
