Email Scheduler report (v2)

Center managers can use this report to view the total email schedulers set by employees, the email status, and the frequency at which the emails are set to be sent.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Email Scheduler report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
Column | Description |
Report Name | Name of the report that is emailed or scheduled |
View Name | Name of the report view from which the report is emailed or scheduled |
User | Employee who has emailed or scheduled the report |
Email ID | Email address of the employee as per the Zenoti profile |
File Type | Type of the file that is already emailed or scheduled Currently, Zenoti supports only Excel format. |
Frequency | Time intervals at which the report is scheduled - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. |
Status | Status of the email

Sent On | Date on which the email was sent |
Active | Scheduler is active |
Scheduled Date | Date for which the email is scheduled |
