Email Scheduler report (v2)

Center managers can use this report to view the total email schedulers set by employees, the email status, and the frequency at which the emails are set to be sent.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Email Scheduler report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Column

Description

Report Name

Name of the report that is emailed or scheduled

View Name

Name of the report view from which the report is emailed or scheduled

User

Employee who has emailed or scheduled the report

Email ID

Email address of the employee as per the Zenoti profile

File Type

Type of the file that is already emailed or scheduled

Currently, Zenoti supports only Excel format.

Frequency

Time intervals at which the report is scheduled - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Status

Status of the email

  • Queued: Email is initiated but not delivered

  • Delivered: Email is delivered

  • Failed: Email is not delivered due to technical reasons such as an invalid email address on the employee profile, no email credit for the center, or the employee does not have permission to send an email

    Note

    If an email is not sent, Zenoti does not deduct email credits.

  • Scheduled: Email is scheduled to be sent in the future

Date on which the email was sent

Active

Scheduler is active

Scheduled Date

Date for which the email is scheduled
