Create reasons for status changes in queue

You can create reasons for status changes, allowing you to provide specific explanations when changing a guest's status.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Reasons for queue moved back to 'in service' setting from the Appointments section.

  3. Enter the required details.

  4. To display the reason for the status change in the membership cancellation screen, select the Active checkbox.

  5. To display the reason for the status change in the appointment cancellation screen in Webstore and CMA, select the Use In Online Booking checkbox.

  6. Click Save.

Impacts and considerations

Status change reasons can only be added at the organization level, but they can be edited at both the organization level and the center level.
