Allow membership redemption while taking payments

To allow your front-desk staff to redeem memberships while taking payments, do the following:

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for the Allow membership redemption setting in the Memberships section.

  3. Select the When taking payment option.

  4. Click Save.

    At the center level, you can configure the default membership application, allowing you to select the type of benefits applicable during membership redemption.

  5. At the center level, click the Configurations icon.

  6. Search for the Choose how you want to apply membership benefits setting in the Memberships section.

  7. To apply service credits automatically while taking payments, select the Use service credit option. To apply member discounts automatically, select the Apply member discount option. To allow your front-desk staff to select benefits manually, select the None option.

  8. Click Save.
