General settings for queue

Modify block out time
Allow guest services to start irrespective of the queue order
Mandatory reason for changing guest status

Hide Number of Guests in Queue View

Managers can restrict front desk employees from seeing the number of guests waiting and serviced in the Queue view to limit operational visibility.

  1. At the organization level, click Configuration.

  2. Navigate to Security Roles and select the role for which you want to enable this setting.

  3. Click Permissions > Queue accordion.

  4. Select the Show guest numbers in Queue view checkbox. By default, this permission is enabled for all roles.

  5. To hide guest numbers, clear the checkbox for the respective role.

If enabled, it shows the number of guests waiting and total guests today. If disabled, it hides this information from the queue view.
