Configure tabs on Guest Profile

This article explains how to configure the display, order, and default behavior of tabs on a guest’s profile in Zenoti Web and Zenoti Mobile v2. This functionality helps businesses streamline the guest view and optimize user experience across platforms.

Overview

Organizations can customize the tabs displayed in a guest’s profile to match operational needs. This flexibility ensures that employees access only relevant guest information, enhancing usability and efficiency across Zenoti Web and Zenoti Mobile v2.

Important

The customizations apply to both Zenoti Web and Zenoti Mobile v2.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select Show tabs for guest profile in the Guest section.

    This is grouped under the Profile settings for Guests.

  3. Select or clear the tabs according to your requirements.

    Note

    To hide the Appointments tab, you must enable the view guest history permission. The Appointment tab will appear if Show Service History Only is enabled.

  4. To reorder the tabs, select and hold the desired tab, drag it to the preferred position, and drop it into place. The tab order updates automatically.

  5. From the drop-down list, select the default tab.

  6. Click Save.
