Book an appointment on Zenoti Mobile v2 (on phones)

Book an appointment for a guest
  1. On the Appointment book, tap the plus (+) icon and select Appointment.

    Alternatively, you can:

    • Tap an empty slot on the Calendar and select New Appointment.

    • For an existing guest: On the top right-hand, tap Search to search for a Guest and tap Book against the desired Guest.

    Note: If you do not find the guest, tap Add Guest on top right-hand corner and create a guest profile to book an appointment.

  2. To select an existing guest, search by the guest's name, mobile number, email, or code.

    To add a new guest, tap the New Guest icon on the top right-hand corner.

  3. Enter the service name to search and select a service.

  4. Specify the provider, room, time slot, and duration.

    Note: You can view provider's specific pricing for the selected service and the provider's gender.

  5. Tap Review and Book.

  6. Tap Book.

Book for a group

  1. On the Appointment book, tap plus (+) icon and select Appointment.

    Alternatively, you can tap an empty slot on the Calendar and select New Appointment.

  2. Tap the Edit icon to select the No. of Guests and enter the Group name.

  3. For each guest, enter the guest details.

  4. Enter the service name to search and select a service.

  5. Specify the provider, room, time slot, and duration.

    Tap the Add group notes icon to add a group note.

  6. Select a guest as the host.

    Note: Zenoti uses the host’s account or card details for easy billing and payment.

  7. Tap Review and Book.

  8. Tap Book.

Book a day package
  1. On the Appointment book, tap plus (+) icon and select Appointment.

    Alternatively, you can tap an empty slot on the Calendar and select New Appointment.

  2. To select an existing guest, search by the guest's name, mobile number, email, or code.

    To add a new guest, tap the New Guest icon on the top right-hand corner.

  3. Tap Select Service and go to Day Packages tab.

  4. Enter a service name to search and select a service.

    Optionally, you can also select add-ons for services included in the day package.

  5. Specify the provider, room, time slot, and duration.

  6. Tap Review and Book.

  7. Tap Book.

Perform these steps

Select provider type

After you enter/select the name of a guest and a service or a day package, the Provider field shows Any by default.

To change your selection, tap Change and select any one of the following based on your preference:

  • Any Female

  • Any Male

  • Other

  • <Names of specific providers>: Select or search the name of the desired provider.

Mark a provider as specific

  1. Select the Specific Request check box.

  2. Continue.

Book services for a couple

  1. From the No. of Guests list, select Couples.

  2. For each guest, enter the guest details.

  3. Search for and select services.

    Note

    Only those services that the administrator has set up as a Couples Service (at the organization level) appear here.

    The Booking Wizard enters the same service for both guests. The couple can book more than one service. For this, tap Add service from the menu.

  4. Select provider, room, and time slot as required.

  5. Select a guest as the host.

    Zenoti uses the host’s account or card details for easy billing and payment.

  6. Tap Review and Book.

  7. Tap Book.

Configure different services for a single appointment with time gaps

  1. Tap the Edit icon on the top right-hand corner and enable the Advanced mode.

  2. Enter guest details.

  3. Enter service or day package details and provider details.

  4. Select guest's preferred start time.

    start and end times are automatically filled for the first service booked for a guest. To change the default start time, tap X beside the time and select a time from the drop-down list as per the guest’s preference.

    Important

    The time shown in the drop-down list depends on the availability of slots of a provider.

    Note

    In case of multiple services in a single appointment, you can book the services with breaks. From the second service, you can specify the preferred start time from the drop-down list.

    After you book the services for all the guests, the Booking Wizard shows the approximate total price of the appointment, inclusive of taxes.

Note

You cannot book for more than six guests using the advanced mode.

Mark a visit as surprise visit

  1. Tap Edit icon and tap Yes to enable Surprise Visit.

  2. Tap Find Host and search for the host name.

  3. Tap Find Guest and enter the guest's name.

  4. Tap Select Service and select a service.

  5. Select a time slot.

  6. Tap Confirm Appointment.

Book simultaneous services

  1. If the set of services can be run simultaneously, the booking wizard prompts you to combine services that be done at the same time.

  2. Tap Combine Services and continue.
