Service Category Net Sales Amount in ezPulse shows the total net service sales generated by each service category during the selected date range. Net sales are calculated after applying any applicable discounts and exclude taxes and tips.
This metric helps teams understand revenue contribution by service category, enabling comparison of financial performance across categories and identification of top revenue drivers.
Example: If net service sales during the reporting period include:
Haircut services: $18,500
Color services: $27,000
Treatment services: $9,500
Then:
Haircut Net Sales Amount = $18,500
Color Net Sales Amount = $27,000
Treatment Net Sales Amount = $9,500
This means the Color service category generated the highest net revenue during the selected period.
