Authorize deleting appointments with consumption or service custom data

Enable this option to enforce restrictions on front-desk staff's ability to delete appointments with consumption data or service custom data.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select Enforce authorization to delete appointments that have consumption data or service custom data.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. Click Save.

To allow front-desk staff to delete appointments with consumption or service data without manager authorization, turn off the toggle.

  • Protects valuable information about resources used or specific services rendered during appointment.
