Sales-Classes report
Use the Sales-Classes report to view the details of all classes that are conducted in the current center for a specific sale date (or date range).
Click the Reports icon.
In the search box, enter Sales-Classes and select the report.
Alternatively, click the report category and click the report from the list.
Select the desired filters.
You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.
Click Refresh
Column descriptions
Column | Description |
Invoice No. | The number generated for the class or point of sale entry. This label can be different based on your organization setup. |
Receipt No. | A number generated by Zenoti when the invoice was closed. For open invoices, the receipt number is 0. This is because a receipt number is generated only after full payment is received. This label can be different based on your organization setup. |
Promotion | The name of the promotion in case of redemption. This column can have one of the following values: – Manual: Discount provided on the invoice – Price Adjusted: Price adjusted on the invoice – Campaign or Discount Name: Name of the campaign or discount applied on the invoice – Liability Type and Name: Type and name of the liability For example, Membership: Monthly Membership – Cancellation Fee or No Show Fee, if charged |
Price | The Class Sale Price is based on one of the following: – Class Price as defined under Configuration > Resource > Classes> Price at the center level. – Marked Up Price based on the instructor-specific pricing. – Marked Up Price based on the demand pricing defined for the class. – Adjusted Price if the price was manually adjusted. In this case, the Promotion column will be ‘Price Adjusted’. |
Adjusted Price | The price to be paid by the guest after redeeming membership credits. It is calculated as: Adjusted Price = Sale Price – Partial Service Credit Redemption (Membership) |
Loyalty Points Redemption | The amount paid for the class using loyalty points, if redemption configuration is set to the final sale price (Sale Price – Discount) excluding tax. |
Membership Redemption | The amount paid for the class using membership credits (if the liability sale was taxed). Redemptions are not considered as discounts. |
Membership Service Redemption | The value of the membership credits redeemed (if the liability sale was taxed). |
Membership Discount | For class-credit-based memberships, this column is the difference between the class list price and membership class redemption amount if the membership price is less than the class price. Example: A recurring membership is $90/month with a class benefit priced at $100. When this class benefit is redeemed, the difference of ($100-$90) = $10 is the Membership Discount. |
Net Price | The expected amount to be paid by the student excluding tax. It is calculated as: Net Price = Class Sale Price – (Discount + Redemptions) |
Tax | The amount of tax payable. It is calculated on the Net Price or Class Sale Price based on the tax definition. |
Price Paid | The total amount paid by the student for the service. It is calculated as: Price Paid = Net Price + Tax |
Sale Value | The price at which the item was sold and it is either due or collected through Cash, Card, Check, or Custom-Financial. In case of redemptions, this column is zero. However, if your business has enabled the Include Redemption in Sales org level setting, you will see the redemption value as the sale value. |
Payment Type | The mode of payment. This column can be: – Cash – CC Online – CC Offline – Check – Custom For liabilities, this column can be: – Membership Name in case of credit payments – Gift Card Number – Prepaid Card Number – Loyalty Points If the liability sale is not taxed, the redemption will show as payment type, otherwise, it will be shown in the Redemption column. |
Appointment Source | The source from which the appointment is booked. It is one of the following: – KioskWeb for Kiosk – Mobile for CMA (Customer Mobile App) – POS for Web POS Screen – Web for Webstore – Zenoti for Web Appointment Book – Zenoti-Mobile for Mobile POS |
