Configure automatic selection of cash register

You can choose this setting to assign your cash register either to a computer or a user. If you are a center with a dedicated cash register for each of your computers, you can assign the cash register to the computer. If you are a center where your front-desk staff operate individual cash registers, assign the cash register to the user.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select the Auto-select cash register under Essentials from the POS.  

  3. Select from option Based on the logged in user or Based on the machine.

  4. Click Save.
