Enable Enforce service base price for bookings without provider preference
As an admin, you can use this feature to charge guests based on the service's base price when they book without selecting a specific therapist, ensuring consistency in pricing even if a therapist with variable pricing performs the service.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
This setting is disabled by default at the organization level. To enable this setting, reach out to your Zenoti representative.
Center level
To enable the setting at the center level, follow these steps:
At the center level, click Configuration.
Navigate to Appointments > Bookings > Booking rules.
Under Enforce service base price for bookings without provider preference, select one of the following:
Use organization default settings: Select this option if you want to apply the organization-level configuration.
Note
This is selected by default.
Enforce service base price: Select this option if you want to apply the service base price when no provider is selected.
Enforce provider-specific price: Select this option if you want to apply the provider-specific price when no provider is selected.
Click Save.
To disable the setting, switch off the Enforce service base price for bookings without provider preference toggle.
