Access Documents in myZen

This article explains how employees can view and download business and employee related documents shared by their organization through the myZen app.

Overview

Document Manager in myZen provides employees with a convenient way to access documents shared by their organization directly from their mobile device. Employees can view business-level documents such as HR policies, leave policies, and employee handbooks, as well as employee-specific documents such as offer letters and employment contracts shared by the business for that specific employee.

Note

  • Document upload by employees from myZen is an upcoming feature.

  • Document uploads are managed by administrators through Document Manager in Zenoti Integrated Payroll (ZIP).

Access Documents

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the myZen app.

  2. Tap Menu.

  3. Tap Payroll Details.

  4. Tap Documents.

    The Documents screen displays a Business folder and any employee-specific documents shared by the business.

View Business Documents

Business documents are organization-level documents shared by your employer, such as HR policies, leave policies, and employee handbooks.

  1. On the Documents screen, tap Business.

  2. Tap a document to view it.

View Employee Documents

Employee documents are files shared by your organization specifically for you, such as offer letters or employment contracts. These documents appear directly on the Documents screen alongside the Business folder.

  • On the Documents screen, tap the document you want to view.

Valid date

The expiration date set on a document. Documents are visible in myZen only until this date.
