How does Zenoti calculate recommended order quantities?
The recommended order quantity uses the following formula:
Recommended Qty = Desired Level - (On-hand Qty + Undelivered Qty)
Where:
Desired Level is the target stock level you configured for the product-center combination.
On-hand Qty is the current physical stock at the center.
Undelivered Qty is the quantity in raised POs and TOs that have not yet been delivered (only included if the Consider raised PO/TO for Auto PO/TO quantity calculation setting is enabled).
If the result is zero or negative, the product does not need reordering.
