Retail Sales Ratio report (v1)

Important

This is a legacy report. Businesses that have signed up with Zenoti after April 2022 do not have access to this report.

Center managers can use this report to track the ratio of product sales to service sales at a center by employees or by sale date.

This report considers,

  • Only closed invoices

  • Sales in the center made even by employees on loan from other centers

  • Service and product revenue for employees is based on the split commission setting

Service Revenue

Revenue generated at this center from service sales during the date range

Total Revenue

Total revenue generated by this employee from retail and service sales during the date range

Total = Product Revenue + Service Revenue

%Product/Service

Percentage of product-to-service revenue during the date range

%Product/Service = (Product Revenue/Service Revenue)*100

%Product/Total

Percentage of product revenues of the total revenue during the date range

%Product/Total = (Product Revenue/Total Revenue)*100

Unique code that identifies the employee

Name

Employee who did retail sales

#Products

Number of retail sales made by this employee during the date range

This number is based on the Sale By field on the POS screen.

Product Revenue

Revenue generated by this employee from product sales during the date range

Products sold as part of packages are priced based on the package price.

# Services

Number of services sold by this employee during the date range

Service Revenue

Revenue generated by this employee from service sales during the date range, including membership free-service revenues

Total Revenue

Total revenue made from product and services sales during the date range

Total = Product Revenue + Service Revenue

% Product/Service

Percentage of product-to-service revenue during the date range

% Product/Total

Percentage of product revenues of the total revenue during the date range
