Statutory pay report

This article explains how to use the Statutory Pay report, a feature available only to businesses operating in Canada. It provides detailed metrics related to hours worked, commissions, and pay rates within a selected date range.
Prerequisites:
To access and generate the Statutory Pay Report, the following must be enabled:
Work task with at least one Primary Work Task
Payroll plans

This report is informational only and is not automatically updated based on changes in statutory or legal regulations.
Access the Statutory Pay report
To generate the Statutory Pay report, follow these steps:
At the organization or center level, click Reports.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Statutory Pay report.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
Column Descriptions
Column Name | Short Description | Details and Examples |

Employee Name | Full name of the employee | Full name of the employee as per the employee profile. |
Employee Code | Unique ID for the employee | A unique identifier assigned to the employee, used for internal tracking and reporting purposes. |
Work Center | Work location or center where the employee worked | Center where the employee worked during the selected time period. If the 'Do not consider other center invoices' setting is enabled, you can see the different centers where the employee worked. |
Days Worked | Days employee was present | Total number of days the employee was present and recorded attendance during the payroll periods within the selected report time range. |
Production hours | Time spent on production tasks | Total hours logged under production work tasks |
Blended Production Hourly Rate | Average hourly rate for production tasks | Average hourly pay rate for all production work tasks performed by the employee |
Non-production hours | Time spent on non-production tasks | The total time an employee spends on activities that are not categorized as production work during the selected pay period. This can include tasks such as administrative duties, training sessions, meetings, or breaks. |
Blended Non-Production Hourly Rate | Average hourly rate for non-production work tasks | Average hourly rates for all non-production work tasks performed by the employee. |
Vacation Hours | Approved vacation hours | Approved vacation hours assigned to the employee through Manage Check-in screen. |
Vacation Hourly Rate | Hourly pay rate applied to vacation hours | Hourly rate configured for vacation hours in the employee profile. |
Holiday Hours | Approved holiday hours | Holiday hours recorded for the employee through Manage Check-in screen. |
Holiday Hourly Rate | Hourly pay rate applied to holiday hours | Hourly rate configured for holidays in the employee profile. |
Additional Hours | Extra hours logged beyond standard hours | Additional hours recorded beyond standard scheduled hours for the employee through Manage Check-in screen. |
Additional Hourly Rate | Hourly pay rate for additional hours worked | Hourly rate configured for additional hours in the employee profile. |
Service Commission | Commission earned from services | Commissions earned by the employee from services, calculated based on invoice close date. |
Product Commission | Commission earned from product sales | Commissions earned by the employee from product sales, calculated based on invoice close date. |
Other Commission | Commission from other sales | Commissions earned by the employee from other item types, such as memberships and package, calculated based on invoice close date. |
Service Revenue | Total revenue from services | The total amount earned from paid services within the selected period. |
Free Service Revenue | Revenue value for free services performed. Considers closed invoices only. | Revenue amount recorded for services the employee performed that count as “free” for the business, such as, loyalty redemptions, discounts. Product Revenue | Total revenue from product sales | The total amount earned from product sales within the selected period. |
