Configure CMA V3 template: General

After enabling the Consumer mobile app (CMA) for your organization, you must configure important settings such as enabling Zenoti Go, enabling the Referral Program, and adding text labels for buttons and messages from the CMA template.

Select service catalog layout

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Service Selection > Service Catalog Layout.

  4. Choose between the two available hierarchy levels for service display.

    The 3-level hierarchy allows the guest to browse by category, service, and variants while the 4-level hierarchy provides an additional level of detail by allowing guests to browse by subcategories as well.

    The accordion view is not available in the 4-level hierarchy.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable service category images

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Service Selection > Service Catalog Layout.

  4. To display service category images, turn on the Enable Service Category Images setting.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable therapist gender selection

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Therapist Selection.

  4. To allow your guests to select the therapist on the basis of their gender, turn on the Enable Therapist gender selection setting.

    To view a real-time display of the branding changes, click the Live Preview button.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable therapist gender color

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Therapist Selection.

  4. To assign predefined gender colors to the therapists, turn on the Enable Therapist gender colorsetting.

    To view a real-time display of the branding changes, click the Live Preview button.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable multiple therapist selection

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Therapist Selection.

  4. To allow your guests to select multiple therapists for multiple services, turn on the Enable multiple therapist selection setting.

    To view a real-time display of the branding changes, click the Live Preview button.

  5. Click Publish

Impacts and considerations

If this setting is disabled, the guests can select a single therapist for all of their services.

Enable preferred therapist selection

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Therapist Selection.

  4. To allow guests to select a specific therapist, turn on the Enable preferred therapist selection setting.

    To view a real-time display of the branding changes, click the Live Preview button.

  5. Click Publish.

Impacts and considerations

If this feature is not enabled, your guests will not be able to select a “Specific” therapist.

They will be able to select only from “Any”, “Any Male” or “Any Female” therapist options.

Display therapist description

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Therapist Selection.

  4. To show the description for the therapist, turn on the Display Therapist Description setting.

    To view a real-time display of the branding changes, click the Live Preview button.

  5. Click Publish.

Enable center selection for online booking

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Announcement Banner setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Centers.

  4. To enforce your guest to select the center upfront, turn on the Enable Center Selection Upfront setting.

  5. To allow centers to override organization settings, turn on the Allow center to override organization catalog V3 setting.

  6. Click Save.

Configure guest sign-up preferences and login options

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Onboarding setting from the General section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Onboarding.

  4. To allow an organization to skip verification of the mobile number or email address of the guest through a verification code, turn on the Skip OTP during new guest sign-up setting.

  5. To enhance security within the verification code flow, turn on the Enable recaptcha for OTP sign-up setting.

    Note

    This setting is configurable. Reach out to Zenoti to enable it.

  6. To make the guests specify their gender during the sign-up process, turn on the Enable guest gender selection setting.

  7. To let your guests log in to your CMA with an email id or a mobile phone number, turn on the Enable login via mobile or email setting.

    If this setting is off, login will be restricted to only one option, mobile or email, based on your organization-level configuration.

  8. Click Save.

Configure loyalty

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Loyalty setting from the General section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Loyalty.

  4. Enter the name of your Rewards program in the Rewards Label.

  5. To display a text to inform guests of the points they need to earn for the next reward, enable the Text for points needed for next reward setting.

  6. Click Publish.

Enable guest pass and member pricing

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Membership setting from the General section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Membership.

  4. To enable the guest pass feature for CMA, turn on the Enable Guest Pass setting.

  5. To enable members to use the membership benefits and pricing in CMA, turn on the Enable Member Price setting.

  6. To display a banner with the membership name and details on the screen when a guest with an active membership, logs into CMA, turn on the View Membership Banner setting.

  7. Click Save.

Impacts and considerations

If you turn on the Enable Member Price setting you cannot disable the Display prices in CMA V3 setting.

Configure day package sales on CMA

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Membership setting from the General section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Day package

  4. To allow your customers to book day packages on CMA, turn on the Enable day packages sale setting.

  5. To display the category name on the listing screen of services, turn on the Category Name for the Packages setting.

  6. Enter the order in which this category must be displayed.

    If the display order number is 0, then the day packages category will appear in the first position.

    If the display order number is 1, then the category will appear in the second position.

  7. Upload a custom image to represent day packages on CMA.

  8. Click Publish.

Hide appointments section from CMA

Fitness studios can hide the Appointments section from the CMA for all users.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the General setting from the Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > User Profile.

  4. Turn on the Enable appointments setting.

  5. Click Publish.

Allow appointment cancelation in CMA

Businesses can allow their guests to cancel appointments and provide reasons within a specified timeframe.This provides flexibility to the guests to manage their appointments according to their changing schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Appointments.

  4. To allow guests to cancel appointments on CMA, turn on the Enable appointment cancellation setting.

  5. Click Publish.

Hide cancellation button during the cancellation window in CMA

Within the specified timeframe for appointment cancellations in the cancellation window, businesses have the flexibility to decide between two options: enabling guests to self-cancel appointments or limiting this feature by hiding the Cancel button. The latter encourages users to contact the center ensuring personalized communication and allowing staff to inform guests about possible late cancellation charges.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings section.

  3. Click CX V3 > General > Appointments.

  4. To hide the cancel button during the cancellation period, enable the Hide the Cancel button during the cancellation window setting.

    Note

    To set up a timeframe for user cancellations with associated charges, the Enable cancellation fee setting must be enabled.

    Navigate to Appointment and Queue Management > Pricing and Penalty > Cancellation.

  5. Click Publish.

To enable this feature, the Enable appointment cancellation setting must be turned on.
