Configure guest profile
When a guest signs up on your Webstore V2, a guest profile is created with the following sections: Appointments, Memberships, Packages, Gift Cards, Payment Details, Products, and Loyalty points.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings section.
Click Webstore V2 > Guest Profile.
To configure the display of the sections in the guests’ profiles so that you display only the relevant sections, enable the desired sections.
Click Publish.
Hide cancel button during the cancellation window in Webstore
Within the timeframe designated for appointment cancellations in the cancellation window, businesses now have the flexibility to decide between two options: enabling guests to self-cancel appointments or limiting this feature by hiding the Cancel button. The latter encourages users to reach out to the center ensuring personalized communication and allowing staff to inform guests about possible late cancellation charges.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings section.
Click Webstore V2 > Guest Profile.
Enable the Hide the Cancel button during the cancellation window setting.
Click Publish.
