Abandoned Checkouts report
Marketing managers can use this report to track the number of abandoned carts, total value of those carts, and the revenue recovered and realized after sending an abandoned cart reminder to guests.
Tip
Glossary
Recovered - Indicates the number of checkouts for which guests completed the booking after clicking links on the reminder emails. These correspond to all (open and closed) invoices only.
Realized - Indicates the number of checkouts corresponding to close invoices only.
Click the Marketing icon.
Navigate to Reports > Abandoned Checkouts.

Abandoned Date | Date on the which the checkout was abandoned |
Abandoned Center | Center where the checkout was abandoned |
Items In Cart | List of items in the abandoned cart |
Recovery Status | Indicates whether the abandoned cart has been recovered |
Recovery Date | Date on which abandoned cart has been recovered |
Recovered Center | Center where the cart was recovered |
Realized Revenue | Revenue realized from abandoned carts |
Invoice # | Invoice number of the sale done |
Emails Sent | Number of reminder emails sent |
Emails Opened | Number of emails opened by the guest |
Emails Clicked | Number of emails in which guests clicked the booking link |
Email Status | Indicates whether the email has been clicked or opened |
Converted | Number of emails that resulted in revenue recovery |
