Waitlist Report
Owners and authorized users can use the Waitlist Report to view appointments that were added to the waitlist, confirmed from the waitlist, or marked as turnaways when no suitable appointment slot was available.
At the organization or center level, click Reports.
On the Reports page, search for and select Waitlist.
Click Refresh.
Column Descriptions
Column Name | Short Description | Details and Examples |

Center Name | Center associated with the waitlist request. | Displays the center where the appointment was requested. |
Guest Name | Name of the guest. | Displays the guest who created the waitlist request. |
Booking Source | Source of the booking request. | Examples include Store, Web, and Mobile. |
Created On | Date and time the waitlist entry was created. | Displays when the guest was added to the waitlist. |
Service Name | Requested service. | Displays the service or services associated with the waitlist request. |
Provider Name | Preferred provider. | Displays the selected provider. Shows "Any" if no specific provider was chosen. |
Appointment Status | Current status of the request. | Examples include Waitlist, Confirmed, and Turnaway. |
Amount | Value of the service. | Displays the amount associated with the requested service. |
Chosen Slots | Preferred appointment slots. | Displays the date and time slots selected by the guest while joining the waitlist. |
Confirmation Type | Method used to confirm the appointment. | Displays how the appointment was confirmed when applicable. |
