Enable queue-based bookings on Webstore

Using Queue on Webstore, your customers can book appointments without sticking to a specific time slot. They can add themselves to a virtual queue and get notified when their turn comes.

Your staff manages the queue and updates the status as and when service begins or ends. After the service is complete, the guests make a payment that gets recorded in Zenoti.

Note

You must have the role of an owner, or a manager or have the necessary permissions to make the configurations.

To enable Queue on Webstore, you must configure all the settings below.

Enable queue at the organization settings
  1. At the organizational level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Navigate to Appointment and Queue management > Queue.

  3. Turn on the Enable Admin Queue setting.

  4. Click Save.

Enable queue at online booking setup for a center
  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Navigate to Online booking tab and expand Online booking setup.

  3. Select the Enable queue checkbox.

    Note

    To view this setting, you must disable the setting Apply same settings as defined under organization catalog - v2 settings.

  4. Click Save.

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Click the Online booking > Online booking settings > Webstore v2 template.

  3. Expand Display settings.

  4. Enable the Enable queue setting.

  5. Click Publish.
