Royalty reports (v1)
Cross-center inflow is the amount of redemption that other franchisees owe your center for memberships, gift cards, prepaid cards, and packages sold at their centers but redeemed at your center.
Cross-center outflow is the amount of redemption that your center owes to other franchisees for the liabilities (memberships, gift cards, prepaid cards, and packages) sold at your center but redeemed at their centers.
How is royalty calculated?
Royalty on cross-center inflow: Amount is calculated based on the receiving center's royalty setting for the service or product purchased
Royalty on cross-center outflow: Amount is calculated based on the receiving center's royalty setting for the liability redeemed
A franchisee can use the royalty reports to view the cross-center inflows and outflows along with the royalty it owes to the business owner.
Important
To view the royalty that you owe the franchisor for cross-center redemption, select the Adjust for Royalty on Cross Center Redemptions checkbox. To see this checkbox, reach out to Zenoti Support.
If you do not select the Adjust for Royalty on Cross Center Redemptions checkbox, you will see the royalty that you owe for all collections, except for cross-center redemption.
To view the cross-center inflows, from the filter, select the By Sales option.
To view the cross-center outflows, from the filter, select the By Collections option.
Click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page search for and select the Royalty report.
Select the desired filters.
Click Refresh.

Gift Card Inflow | Amount this center must collect for gift cards of other franchisees redeemed at this center Reconcilialtion: You can tally this number with the Gift Cards - To Collect column in the Cross Center Redemptions report. Usually, Gift Card Inflow is less than Gift Cards - To Collect because the Cross Center Redemptions report considers even tips paid using gift cards. |
