Employee Activity Report
Caution
This article is only for the latest version of Zenoti Reports. Do not compare the data in this version with the data in the previous version.
Owners with the Employee Activity Report permission can use Employee Activity report to view logs of all creations and modifications made to master data (service, product, packages) role permissions, organization, and center-level configurations by employees.
Owners can see this report for all their centers.
Owners with the Employee Activity Report permission can view this report only for the last 90 days.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select Employee Activity Report.
Select the desired filters.
Click Refresh.
Important filters
Action | Description |

To filter employees based on their base center | Select the centers from the Employee Center list. NoteWhen you select the Employee Center filter, the report will show all change details made by the selected employee across the entire organization. |
To filter the report to show the logs related to the required item | From the Item list, select the relevant items. |
Column | Description |
---|---|
Employee name | The name of the employee who created or updated any of the items tracked in this report. |
Item | The type of the item. |
Item details | The field or information that was changed. |
Changed on | The date and the time when the employee made the change to the item. |
Changed at | The name of the center at which the change was made. |
Old value and New value | The values associated with a setting before and after a change or update has occurred. These columns will be blank when an item is created. |
Consider this example:

The example row in the report represents a change in the services provided by SpaBliss at their center. An employee named John Doe, who has the employee code E230123, has made the change.
The change is related to a service item called “15 Minutes Massage”. The item details indicate that it is a virtual service (“isVirtualService”).The “Old Value” column shows a 0, and the “New Value” column shows a 1. This suggests that the status of the service being a virtual service has changed from ‘No’ (represented by 0) to ‘Yes’ (represented by 1).The change was made at “Spa Bliss” on September 1, 2023, at 2:39:54 PM. In summary, John Doe has updated the “15 Minutes Massage” service to be a virtual service at Spa Bliss on September 1, 2023.
